Our Diabetes Prevention Program helps adults with prediabetes reduce their risk of developing type 2 diabetes through practical, sustainable lifestyle changes. Delivered through convenient telehealth or in-person sessions, the program provides expert coaching, nutrition education, physical-activity guidance, weight-management support, and ongoing accountability.

Participants learn how to set realistic goals, make healthier food choices, increase daily movement, manage challenges, and build habits that support long-term health. Group support and regular progress tracking help participants stay motivated throughout the program.
